Tower Isles is the leading manufacturer and distributor of Jamaican Style Patties. We have led the industry in quality food products for more than forty five years. Our Company’s commitment to producing the finest, best tasting patties has led us to be the number one manufacturer of frozen patties in the United States.

A Jamaican Style Patty is made with beef, chicken, or vegetable filling and wrapped in a flaky pastry crust. Our patties are made with only the best ingredients, Grade-A U.S.D.A. beef, and chunky white meat from the breast of the chicken. Tower Isles uses fresh island spices that are flown in weekly from the island of Jamaica. Our patties are made daily by more than seventy committed employees, many of whom have been with us for over 30 years, and take pride in consistently producing the best.

We offer a complete line of packaging for all food markets. We service and sell to major supermarkets throughout the U.S. with 1-pack, 3-pack, 8-pack and 9-pack retail packages. In addition, we carry a cocktail size patty which is packaged in 12-pk for retail and 120-bulk for foodservice. These supermarkets include Pathmark, Shoprite, Stop & Shop, Western Beef, Jetro, Price Rite, A&P, Waldbaums, Trade Fair, Fine Fair, Met-Foods, C-Towns, Gristedes, and many others, including the worlds largest deli-Stew Leonard’s. We also sell to major Food Service Distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, McLane, Nebraskaland, Harold Levitson, etc., who supply convenience stores, schools, hospitals, concession stands at zoos, stadiums and hotels across the USA.

According to a New York Times article, 95% of all pizza stores in the New York Metropolitan area sell Tower Isles patties.
